Canning is a method of food preservation in which food is processed and sealed in an airtight container. Join canning enthusiast Juan Edward Stricklan as he imparts his knowledge on simple canning techniques. Workshop will be at the Central Library Community Room on Saturday, December 10th at 2-3:30 PM.
