The Youth Services Division provides quality developmental and recreational programming for Whittier's Youth population. Some of the programs sponsored by the City's Youth Services Division include:
WYN Club (Whittier Youth Network), Day Camps and the VolunTEEN Program.

Skills Banner  The City of Whittier Youth Services Division also works with the SKILLS Organization to provide after school programs for Kindergarten-5th graders at Orchard Dale and Scott Avenue Elementary Schools.
The SKILLS Foundation is a non-profit social services agency dedicated to the youth in our community. Vision Statement: The Supporting Kids In Living and Learning Successfully (SKILLS)
Organization exists to create a partnership among parents, schools, businesses, government, and the community to support programs that give every child the opportunity to develop the SKILLS necessary for living and learning successfully.
